10 Companies You’ve Heard About With Remote Openings Now

As I work through remote job lead lists most days of the week, I come across a ton of companies I’ve never heard of. This requires a bit of research to be sure these aren’t scam companies (and if you’re looking for leads on a site like Flexible jobs or LinkedIn, in most cases they check).

But needless to say, I always feel better when I find job offers with companies I already know. This is happening A LOT more now than in 2010 when I started this website. Remote work is no longer associated in people’s minds with the word “scam.”

And since the pandemic, many companies have adopted remote work for their employees and haven’t looked back, even though before the pandemic they never would have thought about it.

So today I went through the list of job leads from the last few months and found the more or less well-known companies with remote jobs open right now.

Please note that this post is time sensitive, so if you see that a company on the list doesn’t have an opening when you check, you can always keep an eye on their hiring pages to see if the position is open again or if there are other remote positions within the company.

Good luck!

Looking for many more options for remote work?

Flexible jobs – FlexJobs is one of my favorite sites for finding remote jobs and discovering new companies that are hiring remotely. Most of what I see out there when I check the ads pay well above minimum wage and are well-known companies.

The best thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee that ALL ads are scam free. They list hundreds of jobs, all remote or flexible, five days a week. There is also no advertising on the site.

Since there are no ads, they charge a membership fee, as that is the only way they will see a return on their job search efforts. But it’s cheap — you can access their ads for just $2.95 for a few weeks to make sure you like it!

If you sign up and aren’t happy, it’s easy to cancel immediately so you don’t get charged again for the next month.

As always, good luck to you if you apply for any of the fields listed above!
