Remote working has totally changed things, hasn’t it? Working from home – or wherever you are – has gone from a cool perk to something we’re all starting to expect from the companies that hire us.
Before you write off applying for a job that sounds interesting to you, keep this in mind: some remote jobs pay you to train!
This is perfect if you’re looking to branch out into a new industry or need a little more confidence before diving into something a little newer to you.
Today I’m sharing with you a list of remote jobs I found recently that offer paid training. This will be time sensitive, so if you’re reading this article in a few weeks and some of the positions below aren’t open now, check back later.

Remote jobs offering paid training
InboxDone – Inbox manager. Remote (US and Worldwide). Contract. Help business owners and managers manage their email by organizing inboxes, responding to messages, and managing related tasks like scheduling and follow-ups. No CV required. Must have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Experience in customer service, virtual assistance or administrative support is a plus. Flexible schedule, long-term additional income and paid training guaranteed. Most positions start part-time with potential for advancement. Requires a strong internet connection, a reliable computer, and a quiet workspace.
AAA The Auto Club Group – Licensed insurance and membership sales agent. United States (some states). Full time, Monday to Friday or includes a weekend day depending on the team chosen. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to sell insurance products and AAA memberships to existing and prospective members. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a state property and casualty insurance license (or the ability to obtain one); At least 2 years of consultative sales experience preferred. Base salary of $36,000 per year ($17.33/hour) plus uncapped commission; incumbent agents can earn more than $60,000 and top performers can earn more than $90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, PTO, tuition assistance and AAA membership. Paid training begins April 27, 2026.
GE Appliances (ASI) – Inbound customer service agent. Utah, South Dakota, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio or South Carolina. Full time, 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday (Fridays and weekends free). You will answer calls, emails and chats from GE Appliances customers, helping them with product questions, troubleshooting, parts and service needs. Pay $15.00/hour plus performance incentives, paid weekly; Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with a company match starting day one, plus paid training, tuition reimbursement, and gym membership reimbursement. One year of customer service experience required; must have a dedicated, quiet workspace, wired Ethernet Internet connection (no satellite or DSL), and download speeds of at least 50 Mbps.

Enter – Inside Sales Representative. United States (remote; many states). Full time (40 hours, Monday to Friday). Call home service companies from provided leads to explain and sell Angi’s paid lead programs, handle objections, and help companies get more jobs for clients. Requires a high school diploma or GED and either a bachelor’s degree **or** 2+ years of sales or customer contact experience. Pay between $40,000 and $78,000 per year base plus uncapped commission (top earners can earn more than $180,000), with benefits including paid training, medical/dental/vision, HSA contribution, 401(k) match, company equity, generous PTO and paid time off, and company-provided equipment.
Alorique – Remote customer solutions representative. United States (Remote; hiring in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV). Full time. Answer incoming calls from telecommunications customers, answer service questions, billing, upgrades and basic troubleshooting, and calmly resolve issues while following defined call steps. Pay not listed, with benefits including paid training, medical/dental/vision, PTO, flexible daily or weekly pay, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, job training programs, employee discounts, and paid time off.
Stellar Bookkeepers – An accountant. Part-time, fully remote bookkeeping role supporting galleries, art advisors and artists. Manages transaction cleanup, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll through Gusto, sales and use tax filings, and financial statement adjustments in coordination with an account manager. Requires 1+ years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and reliable computer and internet setup. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a growing women-owned business. The schedule is 20 to 30 hours per week. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour based on experience.
Back Office Betties – Specialist in virtual legal reception. Back Office Betties is a virtual receptionist and front desk service supporting law firms across the United States and Canada. This remote call center role handles high volume inbound calls for multiple law firms, including scheduling appointments, answering FAQs, taking messages, and transferring calls. No prior legal experience is required; paid training is provided. Position requires strong customer service skills, fast typing, and the ability to work in a quiet home office. Applicants must reside in AZ, NV, PA or TX. Salary is $17/hour (English) or $19/hour (bilingual English/Spanish)with full-time benefits available and weekday hours only.
ActiveEngage – Customer Engagement Expert (CEE). WE. ActivEngage is a live chat and messaging company that supports auto dealerships by engaging online buyers in real-time conversations. This full-time, remote role is chat-based and focused on customer engagement and lead generation, guiding consumers through their questions and capturing key information for dealers. The position pays $15/hourfollows a structured call center schedule and includes 3-4 weeks of paid training beginning February 23, 2026. Applicants must type at least 45 WPM, have strong written communication skills, a reliable wired internet connection, and a quiet home office. Weekend availability is required after training.
