Of course, many clinical jobs require an active license, and some companies only hire in certain states. As you probably know, requirements can vary greatly from opening to opening.
Below are 20 companies and websites to find remote telehealth jobs. I’ve included nursing, general practice, mental health, and healthcare options so you have several types of work to consider.

20 Places to Look for Remote Telehealth Jobs
1 – Carenet Health
Carenet Health is hiring registered nurses for remote telephone triage as well as customer service and healthcare support employees. Nursing positions typically require an active registered nurse license and several years of recent clinical experience. Some jobs may include evening, night, weekend, or holiday hours.

2 – FONEMED
FONEMED hires registered nurses, nurse practitioners and patient support staff in the United States and Canada. Nurses assess patients by phone or video and help them decide what level of care they need. Note that licensing requirements depend on the location served.

Included Health hires physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, pharmacists, care coordinators and other healthcare professionals. You can also find jobs in billing, referral coordination, and member support. Clinical openings may be full-time, part-time or contract.

Teladoc Health hires physicians, nurse practitioners, mental health providers, nurses and individuals who support its virtual care programs. I saw that its careers page also includes positions in licensing, technology, operations, and customer support. Just check the location, as not all jobs are remote.

5 – IntellaTriage
IntellaTriage hires Registered Nurses and LPNs to provide remote telephone triage for hospice, home health and other health care organizations. This could be a good option for experienced nurses who are comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends or holidays.

6 – Wheel
Wheel connects doctors, nurse practitioners and other licensed professionals with companies offering virtual care. Opportunities vary based on specialty, client demand and state licensing. Keep in mind that this may involve flexible assignments rather than a permanent job with a fixed schedule.

7 – Discussion space
Talkspace hires or contracts with licensed therapists and psychiatric providers. The company offers W-2 and 1099 opportunities, depending on state and position. Contract providers can create their own schedules, while Talkspace manages referrals and insurance billing.

8 – I’m fine
Amwell Medical Group works with physicians, nurse practitioners and licensed mental health providers who provide care online. Some opportunities are flexible contract roles. Amwell also hires non-clinical employees in areas such as customer success, technology and operations.

Hazel Health provides virtual physical and mental health care to children through participating schools. It hires therapists, nurse practitioners, doctors and other professionals with experience in pediatrics or schools. Remote clinical jobs are limited to states where Hazel offers services.

Triage 4 Pediatrics is hiring remote pediatric telephone triage nurses. Applicants must have a Texas Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and at least five years of pediatric nursing experience. The company also requires a drug screening and criminal background check.

12 – Solutions for conifer health
Conifer Health Solutions is hiring for remote nursing, coding, patient accounts, revenue cycle and other healthcare jobs. Not all positions involve direct telehealth, but there may be good healthcare-related work-from-home options. That said, its job site also includes on-site positions.

Iris Telehealth hires psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social workers, counselors and other behavioral health professionals. Its vendor jobs are designed to be entirely remote, although licensing, scheduling, and experience requirements vary.

Grow Therapy helps licensed mental health professionals operate private practices and accept insurance. Contractors choose their schedules and workload, while Grow provides tools for billing, documentation, scheduling and referrals. 16 – Equip
Equip offers virtual treatment for eating disorders. Its remote care teams may include therapists, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dietitians, mentors and care coaches. The company also hired medical assistants and patient support workers.

Charlie Health offers virtual mental health treatment to adolescents and adults. It hires licensed therapists, clinical intake therapists, group facilitators and care experience staff. This might be especially interesting if you have experience working with adolescents, group therapy, or higher acuity mental health care.
