Cat jobs are some of the most sought-after phone-free work from home jobs. It seems like there are almost as many people who want to do this at home as there are who want to work on data entry from home!
Unfortunately, there aren’t as many opportunities for this as there are for work in the home telephony field.
But if you have young children at home with you, the majority of phone jobs may not work.
This is due to the “no background noise” requirement that these companies typically have. So customer service positions via chat and/or email TO DO seems ideal if that is your situation.
I did some digging today and compiled a list of companies that hire (at least occasionally) for cat tasks. Please note that companies listed may not be currently hiring for these positions.
And I share many different types of remote roles in my Free weekly newsletters about working from home, you can sign up to get here if you want to earn in different ways.

Other Companies Offering Casual Cat Jobs
Most of the companies I’m about to list are best known for their in-home customer service and phone support work, but they all have had the occasional chat opening.
These companies primarily offer customer service/phone jobs, but they have all held chat-based positions in the past.
Use “work from home” in quotes when searching their job sites to quickly find remote positions.
Some Tips for Finding More Chat Agent Jobs
You might want to keep an eye on independent sites like Preparatory work for chat/email support positions because sometimes companies and individuals recruit workers for chat jobs through there.
Additionally, you can conduct your own cat work at home search via Indeed.com And Flexible jobs.
I like Flexible jobs because it is ad-free, scam-free and very inexpensive to use!
You can check it out just to $2.95 for 14 days. There are frequently chat support jobs, phone support jobs, and other types of jobs offered by reputable companies (remote and flexible too).
If I meet new companies, I always try to include them in the free weekly newsletter Also.
